Dear Members,

RAC Extraordinary General Assembly has been held on the  14 of December.

The following candidates have been elected by a 98% of voters as members of the Board of Directors for a four years mandate:

• Oana Cociasu,  Mullen Lowe,
• Gerald Filip Flintoaca, PRISA
• Ileana Cocias,   P&G
• Ioana Anescu,  IAB Romania.

During the same event, the GA voted RAC budget for 2022 , as well as the new level of the membership fee in the amount of  6600 lei. 

Later  within the Board  meeing , we elected the President, Vicepresident and Treasurer as follows:

- Oana Cociasu - President,

- Laurentiu Gheorghiu, Vicepresident

- Ileana Cocias, Treasurer.
