CNA decision no 63/2017 has been published on the National Audiovisual Council website.

The new version of Decision CNA 220/2011 will come into force 30 days after  its publication in the Official Journal, with the exception of Article 117.

A transition period of six months has been granted for the application of Art 117, on the use of minors in commercial communication for food products.
